The Uplinx® Phone Inventory Tool for Cisco CallManager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager generates instant reports on each registered phone:
Phone model, MAC, switch name and port to which the phone connects, IP, hardware and software versionsSerial number (for Cisco SmartNet renewals)Device name, first extension and line text

Reports can be produced in Word, CSV (Excel) or Web format and can be based on company templates and colour schemes. The report information can be sorted by phone name, extension number or description and can optionally be grouped by phone type or registration status. Please see the sample reports available in the navigation pane on the right.
The Phone Inventory Tool is part of the Uplinx® Report Tool version 4.x or 6.x.
