After finalising the PayPal payment, please advise the IP address of your CallManager Publisher and the Hardware ID in an email or complete the form on the right. You can look up the Hardware ID on the 'About' page of the Report tool. We will email the license file to you when we receive your payment. You then need to add the license file in the 'About' page to activate the full features of the tool.

Included in this license are unlimited software updates, bugfixes and enhancements (in the same main software version) and email support within 3 days for the duration of one year.
Professional License
The Professional License includes unlimited reports for unlimited clusters on one PC. It is ideal for system integrators, operators and consultants who look for a solution which will run on a single PC.
The license includes configuration reports and Phone Inventory Tool reports. The Phone Inventory Tool is used to collect information such as serial numbers and location of registered phones, and is particularly useful when renewing your Cisco Smartnet contracts.
Also included in this license are unlimited software updates, hotfixes, bugfixes and enhancements (in the same main software version) and email support within two days for the duration of one year.

Enterprise License
The Enterprise License includes unlimited reports for unlimited clusters on up to 30 PCs for all Uplinx report tools.
The Uplinx report tools are currently CCMreporter 4.x, Report Tool 6.x (CUCM and CUPS 6.x) and the Phone Inventory Tool. The Enterprise License includes software protection.
Software protection ensures that you receive report tools for any new software versions released during the period of cover. Software protection is only available with the Enterprise License.
Also included in this license are unlimited software updates for hotfixes, bugfixes and all enhancements, and support by email or phone within two days for the duration of one year for all release versions.
After the first year you have the option to extend the support agreement and software protection.
